Q. How often should our group communicate?A. We HIGHLY suggest communicating via e-mail or discussion board at least 5 out of 7 times per week. The more frequently you are in touch with one another, the more powerful your experience will be.
Staying in regular communication will help you in four ways:
- It will keep you accountable for doing your daily Attraction Actions. By reporting to your group about what you are doing (or not doing), you'll remain motivated to stay on track.
- It will strengthen your relationships within your group. As you share on a daily basis, you'll cut through the surface stuff and allow the possibility for deeper and more meaningful topics to emerge.
- When you teach, you learn. By providing advice and council to your fellow BuzZen Box members, you'll ingrain the concepts into your own consciousness as well. As you help your girlfriends work through their issues or gain insight into a situation, you will benefit from it as well and will shift your own life too.
- Support, support, support! This is not always an easy process. You'll need support to get through it - that's why it's a GROUP process. You'll want to be there for your group so they'll be there for you when you need them. It's a beautiful thing.
Some groups like to communicate via phone once a week or so in addition to the e-mail and/or discussion board posts. This is perfectly acceptable, but not required. If you are in a VIP program, you can use your free conference number provided at the beginning of your process.
