Q. What should our group post on our Discussion Board or E-mails?A. You can talk about anything you'd like in your communications with your group; however, if you are stuck for ideas, here are some things to get you started:
1) Check in about Daily Attraction Actions. Did you do them? Do you understand them? Anything you need help with?
2) Reactions to the Attraction Actions - What are you learning? How has it changed your thinking or your behaviors?
3) What's going on in your life? Any conflicts you are experiencing? Talk about work, relationships, children, parenting, whatever!
4) Ask advice. Need to find something on the net? Looking for a service provider, a recipe, lyrics to a song? Not everything has to be heavy duty. Have fun and talk the way normal girlfriends do.
5) Share things that inspire or motivate you.
6) Address logistics such as when you will meet next, who's bringing what, etc.
7) Set intentions and review agreements. What do you want to be held accountable. Speaking your commitments shifts who you are. You have a ready made forum to share who you want to "bee"come.
The most important thing is not WHAT you communicate but THAT you communicate. Commit to staying in touch with each other regularly, and the topics will naturally emerge.
