Essence Process 
Rose - 3.10.08 
This is Rose's first foray into the essencing process. The call is long (about 2 hours) but has some great things to teach. It is particularly great practice for listening for themes in lots of different situations and listening through the details to get to the essence. * In a normal client setting, I would probably have broken this down into 2 sessions. Notice how asking questions continues to move the process forward. Particularly after EFT, it is important to ask them, "What is coming up for you now? How are you feeling? What are you thinking? etc." Usually there are some interesting things just after it. Way to go Rose on taking some first steps here! I don't know if we got the actual originating event for her core essence, but I think we definitely have touched on several sub-essences and possibly the core. We'll continue to talk with Rose to see what evolves for her and we'll keep you posted.
